Senior Pastor

Pastor Robert Alonzo Williams was born and raised in Washington, D.C. He realized that serving Christ was a journey in faith that brought great joy and wonderful adventures.

He served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years and has traveled around the world. The Lord opened doors of ministry for him to preach in Korean and start a full gospel service on one of the military installations. He and his wife Elder Deloise Williams have ministered to Christians of diverse/ethnic backgrounds with various spiritual needs.

He has been in ministry for over 33 years. The Holy Spirit directed him and his family to New Life Worship Center in Norfolk, Virginia where he served Bishop Carl J. Vann and Pastor Barbara Vann for over 29 years, until he was released by the Lord to start his own ministry.

He along with his wife and their children (Elder Jessica, Elder Joshua, Minister Anthony, and Sister Joanna) are stepping out to do their part to fulfill the great commission by teaching, preaching, healing, and making disciples.

First Lady

Lady Deloise (Dee) Ann Williams was born and raised in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She comes from a long line of preachers and musicians. She has a passion for ministering to woman and laying hands on the sick and seeing them recover. She has ministered to Christians and non-Christians of various backgrounds with varying spiritual needs throughout the years. The Lord has anointed her to encourage and strengthen the brethren.

Lady Dee has been in ministry for over 27 years and like her husband has served Bishop Carl J. Vann and Lady Barbara Vann for over 29 years. She has worked as a Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School teacher, and Facilitator. She is known for her strong prayer life. As a Prophet and preacher who hears from God, she ministers the word in love, which brings about joy and peace to those who hear the word.

Lady Dee raised and homeschooled her three children. All three children have graduated from college and two of them are preachers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Norfolk State University, Norfolk, Virginia and she is a graduate of New Life Worship’s Center Ministry School. She is an end time Prophet that God has raised up for such a time as this!
